Our annual bowling fundraiser looked a bit different this year as in it was a “don’t come” event.
Throughout this entire pandemic situation, our volunteers and donors have generously given their time, talent, and treasure. Because of that, our patrons have never missed a meal and our operational budget is strong. That gave us the ability to launch an Endowment Building Campaign through Hancock County Community Foundation until December 31, 2021.
Four generous donors are matching donations $1 for $1 to help us reach our working endowment goal of $200,000. Ultimately, our “Feed the Future” campaign is a step toward funding the KBMSK mission of feeding people into perpetuity.
We were bowled over by our donors who accepted this challenge and continued their loving support of our mission.
