The Exchange Clubs of Hancock County and Lawrence have teamed up with the Indianapolis Airport Authority to provide the 7th annual Field of Honor display of U.S. flags at the Indianapolis Regional Airport located at 5809 W. Airport Road in Greenfield, Indiana. This inspirational posting of the Stars and Stripes will feature more than 500 American flags standing in a solemn formation to honor heroes in our lives including: Military (currently serving, those who sacrificed their lives, veterans). First Responders, police officers, firefighters, EMT, and others. 

Citizens are encouraged to honor their heroes by adopting a flag and placing a specialized tag on the flag that identifies their hero with their name, branch of service, military rank and dates of service. As you walk through perfectly aligned Flags of Honor you will be able to share with your children and loved ones the amazing stories of your heroes. We invite you to help with the 2024 Field of Honor by sponsoring this special event. Funds raised have helped over 50 local charities in Hancock County and Lawrence. These charities include: Hancock County Kenneth Butler Memorial Soup Kitchen, Farm Food Bank, Life Choices, Kammy’s Kause, CASA, Lawrence Area Laundry, Harrison Hill Food Parent Program, Aktion Klub, and Maddie’s Smiles Foundation and many more. Each sponsorship will include your company name on a large banner displayed with the more than 500 American flags.
